High School Internship Programs
Vocational high school students can also complete their internships in Friterm within the scope of the company’s high school internship program. Students can apply to the high school internship program in both semesters during a school year.
You can apply to the following departments for internship:
R&D, Production, Sales Marketing, Project, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Training, Purchasing, Planning, Quality Assurance, Information Technology, and Maintenance

Vocational School Internship Programs
Vocational school students can also complete their internships in Friterm within the scope of the company’s vocational school internship program. Priority is given to students studying air conditioning and cooling. You can apply to the following departments for internship:

University Internship Program
Our Summer Internship Program is organized as 8 to 10 weeks (minimum 8 weeks) to be completed in the months of July and August and is open to university students from all departments. Speaking advanced level of English and studying at Air Conditioning in the Department of Mechanical Engineering will be a reason for preference in the evaluation of applications for internship.

R&D, Production, Sales Marketing, Project, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Training, Purchase, Planning, Quality Assurance, Information Technology, and Maintenance
Although your choices of department are taken into account in the evaluation of internship applications, we can't guarantee that you will placed in the department of your choice as the quotas for each and every department are limited. You will have the opportunity to work on a project under the supervision of your internship supervisor throughout the internship program. A detailed orientation program will be organized for you to get to knowthe company culture during our Summer Internship Program.
Our interns are given the opportunity tof work voluntarily for our Social Responsibility Project “Children of Our Street” throughout their internship.
Names of the students who have been successful in the Internship Program are shared with the Sector via ISKAV (the Heating, Cooling, Air Conditioning Research and Education Foundation). Names of the students who failed in the Internship Program are not shared. The Internship Process is evaluated in the light of the following topics and the Internship Supervisor and the Department Manager make the final evaluation at the end of Internship Program as succeeded or failed.

2) Ability to Work In Compliance with Company Rules and Standards
3) Ability to Adapt to the Work Environment
4) Ability to Quickly Comprehend and Use the Newly Communicated Information
5) Tendency to Work within a Team
6) Ability to Take over the Responsibility of a Project undertaken
7) Ability to Complete a Project on Time
8) Ability to Make Creative Contributions to the Project Undertaken
9) Suitability of an Assigned Project to the Area of Interest of an Intern
10) Overall Performance
