The Friterm Academy has been conducting trainings within Friterm since 2009 based on the holistic learning approach. In addition to various in-house training activities for employees, the Friterm Academy also meets stakeholders from the industry, universities and anybody interested in trainings.

The Friterm Academy aims at becoming a reputable training and research organization, leading in the field of Heat Transfer in Turkey, cooperating with national and international training and research organizations and appreciated for its work. The desire is to give support to producing reliable/scientific information and raising qualified man power with its resources and sharing the information produced for the development of the sector.
The Mission of the Friterm Academy
To provide trainings for the human resources of FRITERM for the acquisition of professional technical competencies and for personal development
To support R&D and Product Development Projects withits resources
To organize trainings for FRITERM dealers and customers for the promotion of new products and developments as well as on the selection, operation and maintenance of most convenient energy efficient products depending on the place of use
To provide qualified human resources for the sector, to support the educational institutions working on updating the know-how of the current human sources with its infrastructure and human resources
To follow up-to-date information and technology and to organize trainings and seminars for the sector on these topics. To learn by teaching through activities open to mutual interaction
To establish an electronic training portal for HCAC (Heating, Cooling & Air Conditioning) topics and to ensure that it operates effectively
To ensure that there is continuous cooperation with universities, to give support to Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate level theses written on heat transfer with its resources
To give support to papers to be presented in activities such as national and international congress, symposium etc. via various methods such as sponsorship etc.
To organize competitions supporting design and information production, to give support to those organized by other organizations.
