To transform Abandoned=Uncontrolled=Stray Animals into Owned=Controlled=Pets by taking them under protection in Organized Industrial Sites (OSBs); to provide the conditions for living together in a safe environment and to set and extend a model for all OSBs by maintaining this practice.
